Getting the keys to your new Broadview Home is an exciting time, from moving and unpacking, settling in and arranging your home just the way you like it. But what happens next? The building process is over, but your new homeowner journey is just beginning.

Our dedicated Warranty Team will walk you through the next phase of homeownership, from answering questions you may have to navigating warrantable repairs through our valued trade partners.

Approximately 1 week after possession, you will receive a Welcome to Warranty email which will outline the warranty process, as well as your pre-scheduled warranty inspection appointments.

These warranty appointments will occur at the 1 month and 11-month marks. We also offer an optional mid-year warranty inspection should you choose to utilize that. Please let our office know and we will schedule that for you.

Coverage for defects in materials and labour related to delivery and distribution systems (heating, electrical and plumbing)

Coverage for defects in the system of components that separate the conditioned space from unconditioned space (roof, exterior walls)

Coverage for the load-bearing parts of the home (frame, foundation)
