Broadview Homes (referred to as “we” or “us”) agrees to pay the referral reward, as outlined below, provided the following conditions are met:

1. This completed referral form must be presented to the Area Sales Manager prior to the referred customer submitting an offer to purchase and before any deal is written. The Customer Referral must be completed and submitted along with the original Purchase Agreement.
2. The referral form must be fully completed and accurate to be valid.
3. The referral reward will only be issued if the referred customer’s home purchase results in a firm, unconditional sale and possession of a new Broadview home.
4. Homes already under a purchase agreement are not eligible for referral registration.
5. Referral incentives of $2,500 will be processed and paid to the referrer within 30 days of the referred customer taking possession of their Broadview home.
6. The referrer acknowledges and understands that it is their responsibility to report and claim any referral funds received as income in accordance with applicable Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) requirements. Broadview Homes assumes no responsibility for the referrer’s tax reporting obligations.
7. Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be altered.
8. To qualify, the referred customer must reside in a different household than the referring party.
9. This referral program cannot be combined with any Realtor-assisted sales. If the referred customer is working with a Realtor, the referral will be deemed invalid.
10. The referred customer consents to being contacted by Broadview Homes for program verification purposes.
