On Saturday, April 18th, Broadview Homes won the 2014 SAM Awards for the best home in the following categories:

• Best New Home – $255,000-$294,000 – The Ashton in Evanston won in this category and is located at 124 Evansglen Close NE in Calgary. Featuring an open floor plan that is popular with today’s homebuyers, this spacious 1500 square foot duplex has a kitchen, nook and great room with fireplace on the main floor.
• Best New Home – $ 425,000-$484,999 – The Cavalier in Boulder Creek won in this category and can be found at 224 Bouldercreek Dr in Langdon. This unique five level split home offers a distinctive floor plan with a master bedroom on the middle level and a bonus room with an optional vaulted ceiling on the top floor.
• Best New Home – $ 485,000-$549,999 – The Berkshire in Chestermere’s Kinniburg at 209 Sandpiper Blvd was chosen as the winner in this category. A five-level split home with separate living areas on different levels to fit a growing family’s needs.
